Like journals and news, that is. I've just been preoccupied with a kajillion things so anyway, here's a late-night ramble about the kajillion things I'm preoccupied with.
-Work
My pin up job takes like 90% of my art time because I have bills to pay and I'm poor. If I get more financial stability through Patreon I'll be less poor though, just something to keep in mind.
-Critical Mass
So I am currently thumbnailing and modelling Volume 2 for Critical Mass, I've also started sketching the pages. It's going slow, but it's going. I'll pick up the pace soon.
-Personal Art
I'm doing more personal art which is a big difference for me from just work stuff. Right now I'm inking a spooky picture of Proxy from my VTM game, and I'm sketching a study of a girl with a red skirt on so yeah, it's happening. Also slowly. I want to do a tarot deck of VTM artwork but that's a distant desire with all this other work. I also wanna make some spoopy paintings.
-Fan Art
I'm doing more fan art, next on my list is Homura of Madoka Magica, and Miranda from Mass Effect. I know those are two totally different things to do fan art of. Deal with it.
-Webcomics
I have an idea for the next strip of TONC I just haven't actually written and drawn it yet. Need more audience participation! Anyway, it'll be funny and actually CM relevant too. In addition I have a stash of about 10 gag-a-day comic strips of CM lore that I never drew. I'm gunna draw and post those to keep ya'll occupied. Some day, when I have this elusive thing called time.
-Game Journalism Site
I have this thing where I'm supposed to do a game review site for ED but our code person dropped out after we had everything worked out so that was kind of frustrating, and I have a potential new code guy but I haven't emailed him yet with everything about how the site will look, and I have a bunch of articles to sift through and tidy up and I still need MORE ARTICLES for the site but I'm the only one taking initiative so it's a little hard to stay motivated. Anyway, if you wanna write a review of a game and have it published on a website, let me know.
Oh yeah, that's all just computer stuff. It doesn't include the fact that I have a house to clean, errands to run, a social life to stumble awkwardly through, a pathfinder game to run, a family to verbally abuse me, conventions to try and worm into, and a kitten I'm trying to adopt.
Oh crap, it's almost my birthday!
Maybe if I just sleep until 4pm every day they'll all just go away on their own...

Wow a journal entry???
Idk it's late and I'm bored. Hi!
I'm still alive and doing stuff. Just busy! I have been doing more conventions lately and getting more freelance work and that's keeping me occupied. I also went through a really intensely bad event over the winter that took a long time to recover from but I'm getting there. Got lots of art planned.
If you want to see more updates from me, consider following me on the tumblrs instead as that is the social media platform I use the most at the moment.

I finally went to Canada Land. I was in Montreal to assist a guest at Otakuthon who is a friend of mine. Didn't get to do much at the con, but the city itself was lovely.
Montreal is a very French-speaking city, it's in Quebec, so there was a lot of 'Desole, je ne parle pas Francais' and 'Parlez vous Englais?' Very interesting experience. All the conversations around me and street signs and people addressing me were all French, lol.
I also came home with some plastic transparent moose monopoly money which I now need to see if my bank will convert. I do use a Canadian bank so it's possible. I might keep the cool coins though. Toonies are my

Well I quit my job at Escape Chambers finally. Now I'll have more free time for art and things. First I have to finish wallpapering this bedroom and doing more home improvement stuff. This is a big condo and it's been pretty time consuming but it's coming along nicely.
I also don't really update this Deviant Art thing all that much so if you wonder where I am, I'm usually on Tumblr, or my VTM IRC which of course all are welcome to join if they wish to play some World of Darkness online with us. If you want details feel free to send me a note for instructions on how to join!
I'll try to get back in the swing of updating this more!
Moved!
I just moved into a new apartment and I've been spending the last week repainting it spooky, so apologies for the inactivity, my life has been hectic as usual but it's getting better. A lot of things have happened to me, some good and some very bad, but I'm at least in a better environment now.
I still have loads of work to do on the apartment and I have lots of art to catch up on for clients and Patreon rewards and THEN maybe I can work on more personal art and resume drawing my comic. It'd be done by now if I didn't have bills to pay.
Anyway, CONVENTION SCHEDULE reminder:
MADISON WIZARD WORLD this weekend!
CONCINNITY mid April.

Oh shit, that comment may have been a little shittier than I intended... I just wanted to see the ghetto punk ninja exhale like a Barney belch and maybe comically turn less blue. Or maybe breathing once will prompt us to remember to suggest "breathe" for every entry. It would have been hilarious if she went swimming or through some gas and we suggested breathe and it killed her. I DID want to be a jackass, but not a RUDE jackass.
For what it's worth, you do seem to be seizing upon a fair number of the copious opportunities stressfully shoveled your way. It looks like you are pretty well-equipped to go kung-fu and deflect the slings and arrows of misfortune the corner-camping snipers of fate are spamming your way. I can't really judge you if putting off your free project is something you have to do to do that. You're still getting work and fun done and you don't let on any regrets about what you did choose to do versus what you didn't and I can respect that.
I just want to see more of your stuff because it's generally pretty good. I hope you get more time to work on it soon.
